The basis of the complaints against O’Brien is the repeated publication of clips of the man’s statements made on July 20 in the House of Commons through a verified personal Twitter account. of him, although those statements were deleted by the chairman.
In the case of Raghav Chadha, the complaints allege “an international and deliberate act to present and mislead the media” regarding Sanjay Singh’s suspension from Council office during the period. the remainder of the 260th session of Rajya. The complaint also said some members also alleged that Raghav Chaddha had stated that Sanjay Singh would remain in the Chamber despite being suspended from the Council.
