In a recent move to encourage more and more space enthusiasts, NASA is rolling out a free streaming service.

The platform will provide live coverage of NASA missions, on-demand services, documentaries and more. The platform is still in beta testing, but the organization welcomes anyone to test the new streaming service.

NASA states: “Later this year, NASA will also launch its new streaming platform, NASA+., and upgrade the NASA app.”

“Through an ad-free, free, and family-friendly streaming service, users will have access to the agency’s Emmy-winning live coverage and watch NASA missions. through its collection of original series, including some of the new series coming to the streaming service,” it added.

The new service will be available on multiple major streaming platforms such as Apple TV, web, iOS, and Android. NASA mentions: “NASA+ will be available on most major platforms through the NASA App on iOS and Android tablets and mobile devices; streaming media players like Roku, Apple TV, and Fire TV; and on the web on desktop and mobile devices.”
