What is Apple’s WWDC?
The Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) is an event held by Apple every year and showcases Apple’s latest software and product innovations. This event is usually held in June and is open to developers from around the world.
WWDC 2023 will be held from June 5 to 9, 2023 at Apple Park in Cupertino, California. The keynote will be held on Monday, June 5, at 10 a.m. PT.
Historically, WWDC tickets have cost between $1,599 and $2,499. However, since 2020 is completely online, Apple WWDC is now a free event for even those who visit Apple Park.

What will be announced at WWDC 2023?
Ahead of the event, Apple decided to increase user excitement and it could announce its new mixed reality headset.
Rumors have spread all over the internet and people are expecting the new VR headset to be launched during the event. Bloomberg tried to introduce the new headphones and it made a statement “Apple plans to equip the headset with a variety of features – games, fitness services, even virtual reality reading apps – and hopes that buyers will find something they like.”
Apple is about to announce a new version of iOS
Apple is expected to announce new versions of its operating system, including iOS 17, iPadOS 17, macOS 14, watchOS 10, and tvOS 17.
This is what the Newsroom claims “Free to all developers, WWDC23 will highlight the latest innovations in iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS.”
The company is also rumored to be announcing new hardware, such as a new MacBook Air.
Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has reported that Apple may launch a new 15-inch MacBook Air with M2 SoC. This laptop will have similar features to the existing 13-inch MacBook Air with M2 but with a larger body and metal frame. It will also have a non-touch LED display.

Kuo believes that Apple will launch a 15-inch MacBook Air in the second half of 2023. This laptop will cost more than the 13-inch MacBook Air but it will offer a larger screen and more power.
The 15-inch MacBook Air would be a welcome addition to the MacBook line. It will provide a larger option for users who need more screen space. The metal frame and non-touch screen would also make it a premium option over the 13-inch MacBook Air.
