In “Ghosts,” Alison Cooper unexpectedly inherits the grand but dilapidated Button House, haunted by feuding ghosts spanning several historical eras. Initially intending to transform the mansion into a luxury hotel, Alison and her husband, Mike, face resistance from disgruntled ghosts. Financial limitations keep the Coopers tied to the Button House, and the ghosts are tied until they can ascend to the afterlife. The series unfolds with humor as the living and spectral residents navigate their coexistence. Amid the challenges, the house demands extensive renovations, prompting the Coopers to devise creative financial solutions while fostering an unlikely but endearing harmony between the living and the afterlife.
